EXCELLENT Based on 22 reviews Posted on April SpinazzolaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I came here for dinner and this restaurant delivers one of the most authentic dining experiences we’ve had in Seattle. Every dish prioritizes quality over quantity, with flavors that genuinely feel like a journey through Europe rather than a watered-down imitation. Nothing about the experience feels generic—from the thoughtful menu to the careful execution of each plate. It’s a standout favorite of ours and a place that reminds you why great food doesn’t need to be flashy to be memorable. We can’t wait to go back again!Posted on HarvTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I stumbled upon this place on a stroll downtown with some friends and was met with a sign reading “4 seats left 10 course dinner …caviar etc.” on a whim I walk in and see the owner cooking up what looks like some delicious steak. I spoke with him and walked out and immediately walked back in knowing I couldn’t miss this. Turns out this was a phenomenal experience and I enjoyed every course. Great service he’s a friendly guy he took care of us through the whole thing. Would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.Posted on SERGEI MIHAILOVTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ed is a fantastic host. We have come to Lingon 4 times in just over a month's time. It's a hidden gem. Well, "hidden" doesn't begin to describe it. Scaffolding, construction fences.. Don't hesitate to walk from Pike & 4th Portland Leather on the corner, just keep going) or Pine & 5th (walk right by Sephora's entrance). Lingon is where See's Candy used to be. Less sugar, more fresh deliciousness.Posted on Chef Tim WestTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Long awaited, celebrated chef, hospitality that blows all others away; Lingon is as good as it gets with the Chef / Owner, Edward front and center. He’s dedication to exceptional ingredients and great wine is Seattle’s best kept secret. And his caviar game is on point! Chanterelle soup is a must.Posted on ILeana Ramos MendezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The food here is absolutely delicious (the gravlax was especially good). Although the decor needs some work and the construction outside is an eyesore, I would definitely try to get some food here before some influencer makes this place too crowded.Posted on Carina JohnssonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We stopped for lunch at Lingon - A Swedish Influenced Cuisine, which just opened a couple of weeks ago. We tried the Lingon lemonade, Toast Smögen, Chanterelle Mushroom Soup, and Gravlax — all fresh, simple, and beautifully done. 🇸🇪Posted on Adam WhittakerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The owner, Edward, was very accommodating for our big group. Food was delicious and there were some great deals on wine. The swedish pancakes we had were absolutely phenomenal. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend it!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
